My name is Megan Hess, and I've spent more than two decades working inside healthcare: understanding how practices operate, what physicians and nurse practitioners need to thrive, and how to navigate the systems that can make or break a career transition.
I founded Healthcare Pathways Group in Queen Creek, Arizona to be the guide I wish more clinicians had. During our first conversation, I'll look at your background and goals and give you an honest, realistic timeline so you know what to expect.
Do you work with providers outside Arizona?
Yes. I'm based in Queen Creek, Arizona, and I work with providers across the country. Scope of practice and licensing rules vary from state to state, so part of my work is making sure your plan fits the requirements where you want to practice.
