I've spent more than 20 years in healthcare, including senior leadership in dermatology operations. Over that time I've taken on practices facing serious operational and compliance problems and worked through them, step by step, until they were back to standard.

That work taught me what makes a provider successful in a specialty setting, and where transitions tend to go wrong. Licensing gaps, unclear scope of practice, the wrong practice fit: these are the things that slow good clinicians down.

I started Healthcare Pathways Group to help physicians and nurse practitioners avoid those pitfalls and move into dermatology, dental, and ophthalmology practices with a clear plan and the right support.

Based in Queen Creek, Arizona, I work with clients one on one from first conversation to first day, and beyond.
